The Nesta Creative Enterprise Programme is designed to build the capacity of the creative entrepreneurs and support them in establishing and growing their businesses. The programme introduces key concepts of Nesta's trademark Creative Enterprise toolkit with hands-on peer learning alongside fellow creative entrepreneurs. The British Council has worked in partnership with Nesta to deliver this programme around the world, but this is the first time it will be offered in Georgia, with the support of Creative Georgia.
From 30 September 2019 to 2 October 2019 we hosted up to 25 candidates attending a three-day capacity-building workshop that supported creative and social entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses. This was a learn-by-doing approach – participants completed the workshop exercises with their business in the focus. There were interactive exercises, peer-led activities, guest speakers and time for reflection, all curated for a positive learning environment.
