The British Council, in partnership with the Tbilisi International Film Festival, were proud to welcome Neil Brand, the talented British composer, dramatist, silent film accompanist and broadcaster, to Tbilisi. He presented a live performance of his score for Alfred Hitchcock's 1929 film Blackmail, performed by the Alter Orchestra. Neil Brand also lead a workshop for the Georgian film composers.
