About the Speaker
Dr Lebene Richmond Soga is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship and Leadership at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, and a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. He is also the Programme Director for International Management and Business Administration programme at Henley Business School. His research explores a range of themes, including how entrepreneurship ecosystems generate entrepreneurial activity and the role of social technologies in manager-employee relations. Lebene has presented his research at academic conferences and has also been invited to present to managers at a Fortune-200 organisation. His ideas are also featured in discussions at Business Value Exchange (now called THRIVE) and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), where he is mentioned for his insights on the development of digital silos
